We're looking for aProducer (full-time)
At Higuita we understand the craft to make any audience convert better. Since 2020, we’re helping businesses and brands to stand out with striking campaigns, brand strategies, visual identities and websites. We’re currently looking for a full-time Producer to help make our creative ideas see the light of day, in the best way possible.
Role & Responsibilities
Your craft is to realize our creative concepts without breaking the bank or the clock. Most of the time, it involves making movie magic or nailing photoshoots with some top-notch planning. As a Producer, you know it's not always a smooth sail, but you're the one who gets us to the harbor easily. And since you'll be part of our creative & digital agency, you'll also get to manage resources of our in-house creatives, designers and developers.
Requirements
We're looking for someone who:
- Has at least 3 years of experience as a producer in the creative industry.
- Totally gets what it takes to organize photo- or film shoots for commercial projects
- Solves problems like it's a sixth sense and loves to make the impossible happen while keeping things on budget and on time.
- Can assemble a dream team in no time – you probably have their numbers on speed-dial.
- Isn't scared of a blank spreadsheet waiting to be filled with numbers.
- Speaks both Dutch and English fluently.
- Shares our enthusiasm for this hero.
- Is crazy about the job, loves the world of creative communication, and might even sing 90's happy hardcore tunes with us now and then.
- Bonus points if you've got experience in producing digital stuff.
